If so, what do you use (seed, oil, etc.) and does it help you with anything specific?

I used it only a few times but not long enough to see any results.

Flax seed is so healthy! Just do a google search and you'll find tons of positive things about it, recipes, and such.

But the best thing I've discovered it for...(drum roll please)...is my son's ADD! I started out with the flax seed (and I believe it's also pumpkin seed) on my very hyperactive son last summer, and within a few months, he calmed down tremendously. This can also be done using high-quality fish oil.

I could write a book...but I won't. Anyway, pass this info around to anyone that might be interested in trying it before ADD/ADHD meds on themselves or their kids.

Happy flaxing! :)

Yep, I use flax seed and fish oils for the elevation of good cholesterol per my doctor's request. I take them once a day and in about 500-700mg capsules. I have heard of other uses but so far this is the only one I have actually been told to use for health purposes. What about you? Thanks for asking!!
