The cost of an Internet connection is not dependent on whether you access the network through a wireless connection or not. You just need to buy a router so you can use wireless on your existing connection. But it doesn't have to entail additional cost at the level of your monthly bill.

Well, if you have service at home and want to use it at home you can buy a wireless router for around 50 dollars. Then you would have wireless in your home. You have to have cable or DSL service to do that, but there will be no additional monthy charge. Now if you want to use it anywhere, well first you would have to check the cell phone companies if they offer service in your area and the cost would be about 60 dollars per month.

The cost would depend on which provider you use and how much usage you think your going to need. There is usually not that much of a difference in price between wireless internet and wired.
