It's possible you might have pain in his scrotum or testicles, even if you didn't get injured or bumped. In that case, it could be an infection or other problem, so it's important that the you tell your mom or dad.

Another kind of problem - Rashes and other infections, even mumps can cause pain in the groin area. The bottom line is that a parent needs to know so you can get medical care.

Lots of boys don't like the idea of telling anyone about a problem with their penis, testicles, or scrotum. The good news is that you don't have to tell everyone - like your whole class! You just need to tell his mom, dad, or another adult who can get you to the doctor, if needed.

It might be a little embarrassing, but if the problem isn't treated, it could get much worse and be really uncomfortable.

there is a condition which causes pain do to the muscle that raises your testicle during the 'cough test' is pulled, strained or whatever.

When I masturbate too much for example I have pain in my testicles (like blue balls pain). It isn't anything too serious but could be quite annoying.

tell your doctor about it the next time you see him but I wouldn't rush off to see him--unless it makes you stop in your tracks type of pain.

You really need to go see a doctor and have it checked. It may be nothing, then again it could be something else- torsion, who knows? Best to have the doc make sure you are okay. Hope all goes well for you.

You should get an appointment with your docter as soon as possible. That could be serious.
