I have a really bad stomache ache, but I don't know what its from. I don't think I'm hungry because I just ate, and its not the food that made me sick because I had the stomache ache before I ate too. It could be cramps, but I dunno because I havn't had my period in a really long time. How can I get rid of this pain :[

First you have to diagnose where exactly the pain is coming from. Is it from your abdomen where your stomach is, or lower abdomen where your uterus and privates are?
Upper abdominal pain could be from indigestion. Lower ab. pain could be from constipation (which you can take something for), or a problem with a reproductive organ. I've had ovarian cysts before, and when they burst or if they twist it can be really painful. It's not quite as serious as it sounds, and I'm not saying that's what you have. If you haven't gotten your period in a long time anyways, then make an appointment with a gynecologist. It's not normal.

This could anything from appendicitis to acute gastroenteritis. you should characterize the pain for us, tell us when it started, does it come and go or is it constant, localize it, does it go anywhere, anything that makes it better/worst, change in bowel habbits, what did you eat, any nausea or vomiting. Since you haven't had your period for a while, it could be an ectopic pregnancy even if you're using birth control. At this point, anything's possible, please give me more information. Also, I need to know your age because this also changes the differential of you diagnosis.

Drink some water and try to go to the bathroom. Is it 100 degrees where you live? That can cause stomach cramps.

Tell your parents. You may have a cyst bursting on your ovary. You may have appendicitis. You may be pregnant.
Or you may just be a whimp from the situps you did last night.
In any case, you need to tell your parents. They can help.
