I cannot answer your question but I feel your pain. I am in the same position as you are and the stress has nearly killed me. I would love to change careers but I am scared to. The money is good but money is not everything. I know that if you let it, it will control your whole life. I finally had to be put on Lexapro and it does help. I had to learn to quit letting things bother me so bad. I also had to learn I cannot control some of the things that happen.
It is so hard to find employees these days who really want to be a good employee. Sometimes I think some of my employees are trying to see how far I can be pushed. It has gotten a lot better since being on the Lexapro. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daily life is really stressfull. Take a hobby, get some exercise like running, jogging or basketball. Take some weight training. Swimming is the best.
Have a friend you can talk to openly.
There are things we can control and there are things we can't control. Trying to control something we can't, gives a lot of stress. Learn to accept your limitations. We are only human.
