i dunno, it's just that when i hear that song, i realize that it has to do with my life. it's like the same story, and for that, i love/hate the song. it's such a sad song too... am i the only one thinking this?

I agree with you that it is SAD. boo-hoo! Your too young to be listening to such "old" music. My mother is 86 years old & "The Rose" describes her to a T. Put on your Dancing shoes, turn up the volume & go here!:

Absolutely.
It felt like they were peeking through the pages of my diary or reading my innermost thoughts *creepy* lol.
Another song I can relate to is, "Perfect" which is more like a letter to a parent in this case, a father who doesn't seem to approve of their kids.
Other songs apart from, "Welcome To My Life" which are rather true-to-life are, "Untitled" & "Crazy".

yeah. it's my song. but the songs that TRULY describe me are Shut Up, and Me Against The World. oh yeah and I'm Just A Kid.
