ok, if you go outside and put a gun to your head and people watch and cops come and everything, would you go to jail if you did it for money? like told the cops to give you money or you will kill yourself?????? would you go to jail for that?????

Yes. For disturbing the peace, and attempted suicide. Only if you're not a minor. Then you could be in some kind of forced custody in which professional help would be given to you. I am worried about you though. I don't know your situation, but trust me, you don't want to go to the loony bin. They abuse people all the time in those places.

you probably wouldn't get the money and yes you would go to jail for a number of crimes such as disturbing the peace, human endangerment, etc. but what you should worry about is if you made the slightest mistake the swat team and snipers would do the deed for you

Yes I think you would be fined or something the only time I heard of them arresting is when you are being a public pest or disturbing the peace and refuse to leave quietly.I think they would try to get you mental help before they decide to toss you in the brig.

It sounds like an elaborate extortion deal if you ask me, particularly if it appears to be intended for this purpose and at the very least, public endangerment.

In most states suicide or suicide attempts are illegal.
Additionally, you're blackmailing people for asking for money.
Gun permits are necessary.
You could be charged with distribing the peace.
