this Y!A contributor commented on Palestinian attitude:

"---It's much like "tenants" demanding ownership for the house they're renting from an owner."

There might be a big difference between ownership and illegal occupation. Are you aware of that?

this fight goes back thousands of years but becuase im a god fear man, i beleive this iraels land and the comment was made correctly so unless you have some other facts stating that this land actually belongs to the palestines other then the fact that israel was booted years ago and are trying to get was being forced away from them. neither of us was born 2,000 years ago so the on;ly test i have to prove what i say happens to be the leading publication in the world, and is puchased more then any other book and is the most common book people read. ill trust it but im uneducated like that other person my knowledge comes from what god said, wait i believe he must be ignorant of how things happen too.........

Okay, maybe you will like this analogy better.

You and your family are sitting outside on your own property. Men come up, point guns at you and your family, and yell, "Get off this land---it is now ours----we claim it---you will die if you stay." Would you expect those people to leave quietly so their family is not killed, or would you imagine they would leave, bide their time until they have the opportunity, and then strike back and take back their land?

Uneducated? Ignorant? I think not. Isn't it amazing when the thief gets angry when the people who are being robbed fight back and take back what's been robbed!

i dont think the creation of the israeli state was very considerate of the palestinians who had been living there for 2000 years, regardless of the fact that the israelis had previously occupied that territory. it would be like the native americans getting together a powerful army a thousand years from now and forcibly removing the united states...i bet you'd be singing a different tune if that happened...

TheseIt is not uneducated comments... these are ideas actually held. Seeing things only from where it is convinient. You cloud your own thinking so that you do not see the truth and continue to wallow in injustice.

End the occupation!
