What's the name of the cartoon that there's a guy named Kazuma and turns his arm into a metal (really cool) thats red and orange colored. I ask this because I like those cartoons but they don't show it's name because it's letters are japanese.

s-cry-ed ed his name is kazuma but the pronounce it different and the metal thing on his arm is a type of gun and when he uses it he calls shell bullet
