You have to contact them on-line, cancel it, then report your credit card stolen, so they can't keep billing you and unistall AOL from your computer.
You might have to find someone who really knows about computers to get it all out.
I had AOL 5 yrs ago when I 1st got this computer and I still come across AOL stuff, even though I got rid of it a month after I got it.

Oh good luck with that! If you can actually find a number, the person you get on the phone will argue with you about whether you really do want to cancel. I had to scream and cuss and perform an *** showing to make them think I was serious. They can't imagine someone wanting to cancel. At least that was my experience. Hope yours will be better.

i dont know the number but when i had aol, i called to cancel it, but they would not turn it off, no matter how many times i called and cancelled. they just keep sending me bills...hope you have better luck.
