Yes, powder! You can use Gold Bond, too. It has menthol and is extra cooling. Also, make sure your underwear is cotton, not silky or nylon. Same with your shorts. You could try trimming your pubes too, because your sweat glands are connected in a way to them and the sweat will be lessened if there is less hair. Don't shave, though...when you sweat, it will sting. The pantyliner idea is ok, but only if the powder doesn't work, because it could just cause you to become warmer down there..you know...less breathing, so to speak.

Wear a day pad or panti liner, or get checked out for the reason behind the excessive sweating.
If you are perimenopausal and this sweating is due to hot flashes, eating a diet that stresses protein (poultry and fish are best, unless you are a vegetarian and then soy is very good), low glycemic carbohydrates (look up a glycemic index), including 5-minute (old fashioned) oatmeal, and good fat (olive oil for cooking, almonds or peanuts for snacking), may ease your sweating, as well as other perimenopausal symptoms.
