As a psychologist, I know that different meds work for different people. Best to talk with your Dr. and see what doses, combinations of meds etc work best for each person. Have seen one drug in a class do nothing for a person and another in the same class work wonders. Also have seen one dose do nothing and increasing it slightly make all the difference. Have also seen individuals who don't seem to be helped much with any drugs.

I'm currently taking 100 mg of Zoloft nightly and it's working wonders. Nothing I've ever taken has worked so well for controlling my mood.

Of course, I'm an interesting case.

Yes if a dr. Prescribes them for you they do help. Just takes a few days to get into your system.. They smooth out the rough spots of life.

Its true. It does take a while to build up in your system before you can see any effects. I have found that self forgiveness and forgiving others who have hurt us to be the very best mind altering remedy that there is.
