wha are your opinions? i think that its a sweet place to talk with your friends like when you cant get ahold of them and stuff..and if you meet someone at a party or something but dont get their number, look them up on myspace...but i think that all the sexual predating and stuff is kinda overrated...and 14 year olds shouldnt have myspace.

i love myspace and mostly everyone i know is on there. its a great way to keep in touch with friends, old classmates, anyone really.
i cant go anywhere without someone mentioning myspace. its become universal. lol

I think people have their own responsibility to watch out on myspace for themselves or their kids if they're letting their kids have one and they're younger. Personally, I'm not friends with anyone I don't know/haven't met, except for celebrities, and I don't have too many of those. Myspace isn't even all that great, if you ask me. I love to post pictures, and you only get to post a limited number. I don't use the blog and barely read the bulletins. Facebook seems to be a lot more fun for me. Pictures are unlimited and you can organize them into albums, you can track exactly how you know people, choose to only let your friends see certain information, and network with groups within your school.

I'm a college educated, married, 35 year old woman with 2 kids. I have as much use for "myspace" as **** on a bull. I see it as teenagers gooing and ga-ga-ing over boy bands and getting preyed on by child molesters. I know some of my students think it's great, a few of them have actually shown me their pages. I guess "Not for me" is the nicest thing I can say about MySpace.

I think the idea behind it is nice but the things people do with it are just downright stupid. I hate how people have like their whole life story on their Myspace complete with their school address.
I think it's creepy that you look up people on Myspace that you don't know...in a way that's kind of like stalking...
You're so insensitive when it comes to the sex crimes that have occurred through Myspace. I hope karma kicks you in your a$$.

agreed. but i dont know what you mean by overrated.
anyway i think myspace is just a good way to keep in touch with your friends and to meet new people.
but many people like sexual predators and criminals abuse it.
so whoevers on myspace make good choices and be safe.

Its a excellent website for the US Govt to spy on its citizens and their social habits and friends. Wow, I'll just tell the whole world about me and then see what happens.
