Where the serial killer stalks four women in a Jacuzzi photographing them. Then stalking and killing each, one by one. One of the women is riding a bike and she turns down a dirt road to a house. The killer hits the back of the bike while she is trying to peddle as fast as she can. She crashes. She runs through the house leaving blood all over the walls. Then she runs into an outside garage. She hides in a dark corner. The killer walks through the house and and to the garage. He closes the garage door. A couple on a moorcycle go to the garage. They lay down on a mattress on the floor. He closes the garage door with a long stick. The girls body falls out the top of the garage door as he closes the door. The killer was using scissors to kill his victims. The killer ended up being a wall paper installer tracked down by the glue on the victims. Know the name of this movie??

I think bushiwarr is right. I looked it up, and I remember seeing it under the name "The Ripper." The movie is listed on IMDB under both names, as well as an Itallian title.

I'm not sure about this but I think it might be the New York Ripper.
