Nicole is definitely smarter. She doesn't sound like an airhead when she talks. Paris says 'i don't know' and shrugs a lot. also Nicole doesn't hold elementary grudges like Paris does.

I would say Nicole. Paris Hilton's so stupid that they interviewed her about her CD and asked "what kind of music is it?" She didn't understand the question, and asked them to explain it to her. After they said, "is it rock, pop, hip-hop etc" she said, "Oh, it's new." She's so stupid she thinks she created a whole new genre of music -- Paris Hilton Music -- what a moron!
