being that you work together you will want to take it slow and just concentrate on the friendship for now. in time you will be more confident and forget about your self-conscious insecure "scrub" feelings and figure out wether your just to be friends or ya wanna date. good luck!

Well just ask her to hang out one day. Go out and eat at a resturant or go see a movie (as friends just so that things arent akward). When the 2 of you go out you can get to know more about the other and a relationship might develop. Ask her if she has a boyfriend already too because you dont want to be moving in on someone elses girl.

Relax, be yourself, and express to her how you feel. Tell her that you are in no way pressuring her to feel the same and you wanted to get it off your chest. Good luck but be careful of office romances because if it doesn't work out, it can make things a little awkward and an uncomfortable work environment.

Dating in the work place can be a tricky thing. Just be sure it's a sure bet before you make any sort of move, you don't want to embarrass yourself and have to see her everyday. Also keep in mind, if you get together, then have a breakup, work could get tense.

Try to talk to her about different things like the weather, tv shows, music, school - just to get an idea about what she's interested in. She might be shy and that's why she doesn't talk to you. So it's up to you to make the move and try to figure out what she might want to talk about.

Talk with her more and get her to gradually trust you. You'll find out her feelings for you eventually if you befriend her. Don't doubt yourself. Good luck!
