Are you sure that he is 18? Have you spoken over the phone and not just the internet. I would only give him the address if there are going to be alot of people there. Just incase he is not who you expect him to be.

I am not trying to lecture you, I just want you to be safe. If you know this guy as well as you think, then it is your call. But if you are asking for other peoples advice maybe you are having doubts yourself. So maybe you shouldn't give him the address. Good luck with your decision!

No. Even if you have been chatting to him for a year, that doesn't mean that you know him. If you really feel that you want to meet him, you should set up a meeting in a public place. That way he doesn't know where you live, or your friends, until you know him even better. You should also not meet with him alone.

He might sound like a nice guy on line, but he might be someone totally different in person.

As long as it is NOT your home, and there will be plenty of friends around, in case this person turns out as more than you care to handle.....invite him if you want. Just have a few male friends keep an eye on you during the party, to make sure the internet guy knows his boundaries.

How can you be sure that he is what he says he is? I think if you are considering meeting this guy, you need to meet him in a very public place and not be alone with him. Don't give him your friends address, what if he turns out to be a weirdo? It's better to play it safe.

meet in a public place because just cause he says hes 18 doesnt mean he really is and take a couple of friends with u to sit a little bit away...then if he is who he says he is ask your friend if its ok and set limits for him

When dealing with anyone over the internet you must exercise extreme caution. Do you know his address did you check it out to make sure he is who he say he is. If not .... do not give out your address

noooo!! by all means no. you can never trust someone like that. haven't you read enough stories about rapes and deaths. meet in a public place and once you've had a chance to know him then decide.

it you REALLY want to meet this guy, have him meet you in a public place and bring your strongest friend with you (just in case). Never be alone with him and never turn your back, you have to be safe!
