of course the Tastykakes, some rolls from Del Buonos in Mount Ephraim, NJ on the Black Horse Pike. All of the best hoagies are made on those rolls and they freeze better than anything. Scrapple, Pork Roll, Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer, Yuengling Lager...I'm pretty sure it's possible to pack cheesesteaks in dry ice and get them where they have to go without ruining the taste...soft pretzels, Yards Beer is made in Philly.

Pickled sweet peppers in jars, not the stuff you get in the grocery store though--- get some at one of the downtown neighborhood deli's. Sweet sausage (again, go to the downtown neighborhood deli) but you have to pack them with dry ice and ship them second day. Fresh baked hoagie rolls. And chocolates shaped like the Liberty Bell for dessert.

Overnight a Cheesesteak. - it'll cost a fortune, but it would be worth it.

YOU HAVE ALL THE FOOD IDEAS BUT IF YOU ARE SHIPPING THE PRODUCTS MAKE SURE NONE OF THE ITEMS ARE PERISHABLE. WITH THE HEAT I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU SHIPPING THE CHEESESTEAKS UNLESS YOU HAVE AN INSULATED CONTAINER THAT IS FOR FOOD STORAGE.
