Is there a clear cut definition at all? Then what are the White Community norms as opposed to Black Community nnorms or Ltino Community niorms? Religious Norms? Then again are the Workplace Norms? Are they different from all the above? If so what are they? Do the corporations write clearly in their employee handbooks what they are?
INS has been screening carefully all the foreigners that are admitted to US; why don't they have a program to educate foreigners about these norms?

America is a big place , norms vary. Not everyone is like "idahmahn" or "see me".
