How do I throw/grip a cut fastball and a sinker?? like i wanna know in detail like put more pressure on the finger like that type of thing....Thank you

You can throw a cut fastball by making a slight "V" with your fingers and keep them as much on the seams as you can without it being like an ordinary fastball. Use a full "V" for the sinker and notice how the pitch moves around a lot as well. Try using one finger as opposed to two on the seams and see if you can incorporate a slurve into your pitching as well. Very hard to hit if you can throw it when you want and where you want.

A cut fastball is a two seam fastball in which you grip harder with your pointer finger. Hopefully Carlos Zambrano answers the sinker part.
