when a guy says to a girl i need to talk to u what does it mean ?

a guy tolled that to my friend and she likes him but we dont kno what u wants to say because we think he likes her

Most of the time it means that he wants to talk about there relationship! But sometimes its good news! Just be positive!

Then take it for what he say , that he wants to talk to you. Do not put more to it then there is. Wait until he tells you what it is then you will no what to say.
