It all depends on your job/contract offer and your division status.
Some jobs like technicians only allow 14days per year while others like soldiers are allowed unlimited numbers.
Hospitalisation leave is also different from medical leave that you get as out patient and from GPs.
An employee covered by Part IV of the Employment Act is entitled to 14 working days if no hospitalisation is necessary. In situations where hospitalisation is necessary, the 14 days will be extended up to 60 working days.

For annual leave it range from 7 to standard 14 days. Medical leave as per MOM employment act is 14 days, Hospitalisation is 60 days. Bear in mind, if you get injured at work and covered from Workmen's Comp, you are entitled for 14 days apart from what your co. give you for the year.

Where are you? The rules for medical leave differ and if you have an employment contract or collective agreement, they have to offer the minimum that is lawful or more.
