if you rub it it could scratch the paint . but just washing it off it should cause no damage, if it did use a little light duty compound to level the scratch out. 3000 grit works good.

no but why would you ask this question,,did someone put flour on your car,,if so it wont hurt it,,just wash it off,,now if it was brake fluid it would eat the paint off from it,,but no,,your safe with flour,,but there are a lot of other thing,s that will hurt it,,so be care full,,i hope this help,s you.

Not if the paint is dry and cured. But if the flour gets wet, it will cause a real mess, and turn to glue.

i dont know about flour, but babyoil dose great on paint, and cooking oil on dashes
