Where and the telephone number are all given by others!
But i have 1 advice. Forget calling china embassy.. Nobody will asnwer the phone, trust me. The best is to take down all your questions and go there and ask.. There is a counter there for enquiries. Dun worry the person there can speak pretty good English (;
U can take 111 ar Orchard Road, about 10 min u will reach(after the bus turn left atTanglin rd)

The China Embassy is so beautiful from the outside. I want to go inside to have a look :)
I usually take Bus 132 to get there. You can ride Bus 132 at a bus stop near Redhill MRT station.

Presidents on both sides should stop taking credit for natural economic cycles as well as monetary policies. Edit: I'm not sure what your post to me has to do with this. Perhaps because I'm in economics, I tend to see fiscal actions of any administration as not as important as that done by the Federal Reserve. They don't have a flashy job but they have tremendous control over financial markets, which in turn affect GDP greatly.
