Shes a bible pusher also, and it makes me run from God more sumtimes, but I Have my own ways an relationship with him I dont need her tellin me what to do!
My mom is so hard to talk to sumtimes, like if i ask her sumthin politely she just ignores me, so then I start yellin! Other times she'll be talkin to me about sumthin and I just cringe I'll be like please I dont wanna talk about this can u please stop ur gettin on my nerves, and she'll be like dont tell me Im gettin on ur nerves! And when Im gettin on sum1s nerves I back off, and do what I can to not! Also Im 19 waiting to join the Air Force in August an things are just not that easy for me right now!

i know what you mean moms could be pretty pushy and they don't understand you have your own way of going about things...and it is normal to resent your mom sometimes....but you really need to talk to her seriously, like sit down or go to lunch together or something...it might be hard to get her to listen to you but don't give up. I think its important to try to make things better with your mom before you go to the airforce.

One thing is that you are grown and she is still coming at you like you are 15 or 16 years old. Sometimes it is hard for parents to stop treating you like a child when you get that age because it happens so quickly.
If i were you, I wouldn't worry about her forcing her beliefs on you too much. She just wants to make sure that you didn't forget everything she taught you so far. I know that soon you will be out of your moms house if you haven't left already, but promise that you won't go too buckwild!:0)))
P.S. Cut your mom some slack, she's just being a mom and will probably be the way she is now for the rest of her life! I had to get used to the same thing, and now it's your turn!LOL
