check your owner's Manuel there may be something you have to do to reset the computer!!! Try turning your key on but don't start van and press gas pedal 3 times in 5 seconds.. that's how i reset mine on my Ford Winstar..

look in the owner,s manual,,and it will tell you ,,most of the time you have a little button on or around the dash area that say,s reset,,you have to do this with the car running though,,and it will erase the light ,,until the next time you need an oil change,,i worked on a Cadillac that had that on it a while back,,i hope this help,s you fix it.

Try a bottle of a oil additive to thicken it a bit i do this every oil change mine does the same thing I use the lucas brand good stuff

it could be a short on your dashboard. or maybe just a mech error. soemtimes those things are just reminders. theres a way to reset it i deont remeber.

you have to reset it, im not positve about how, but some if u crank it and gas it on, off,on,off, on some set that way. hope that helps
