depends on which kind. if you want to look like brittany spears in the toxic video, put on blue eyeshadow to the brow, black eyeliner and mascara abd heavy foundation. but if you want to look normal, then eyeliner and little bit of white eyeshadow and light lipstick with light pink blush

why would you want to look like one? I don't know about you but i guess you cant go wrong with mascara and lipgloss. no crazy blue eyeshadow or eyeliner remember they run down and will make you look dirty. hair...pinned up and remember to have minty fresh breath.

hmm...from what i have known, it's more about the hair-do, or the accessaries they are wearing that make them look like FAs.
But,,,,maybe reddish lipsticks, brown eye shadows, orange~pink cheek colores, lil bit of high-lights.
Perl earings, nicely arranges scarf around your neck are the must.
