www.direct4host.com but you need to request the webmaster they sponsor for the website hosting and just display just a small banner or a link sometime at the bottom of the page .... and give one all permium service
and they also sponsor for web site and project but you need to caught there interest

You could use myspace.com, but I would go with free servers. They are free and have really nice features, plus you can upgrade to a paid service where you get even more great features. E-mail me if you have any questions~

you can use bravenet.com to make an actual page
but i prefer shutterfly.com because you can create albums of photos and alter them as well
both are free
