Not yallo Mail but Yahoo Mail Beta. I want to change the background of it.

Yahoo Mail (BETA as you wrote) is still in the beta mode and they didn't add this option yet..
Sure the Yahoo Mail team will add it later..

Remember: The word Beta refers to that the service or the product is not in the final form.. They add options one after another and after completion they remove the word beta.. So you just should wait..
