at least go back to your piercer if not a doctor or clinic
they cant dispense medical advice but can at least tell youto go to a doctor or clinic if they feel it is warranted
they stick holes in peoples bodies for a living...they do know something about it

it could have just been a quincidence(however you spell it) you could had a virus when you got your tounge pierced and now your sick
