You can't do this with one click only. Nevertheless you can reduce the workload this way. Presently your email page shows 25 messages per page. Click on options on your email page. Select general preferences. On the next page you will find 25 written in the box in front of email per page. Click on the arrow of this box. Here you have the option of maximum 200 click that and save it. Come back on your email Page. Now it will show 200 messages per page. Now check the sender's box and click delete.

If it's a yahoo e-mail click on select all and then click on delete. If it's in your bulk mail just hit empty. If you have a different e-mail like aol hold down the ctrl key and highlight your e-mails then hit delete.

i agree most of the emails are probaly Junk Emails and once you do delete them they will all pop back.
So the best option is probaly just create an new account with one letter different to make it easy for all your friends.

Is it gmail, yahoo, hotmail or something else??
How did you honestly let it get so many emails before deciding to delete them?
