many times drs recommend such issues as taking a positive warmth bath before bedtime or interpreting a e book to loosen up and getting a tremendous being pregnant body pillow. yet in case you nonetheless cant sleep you could take a pair Tylenol pms. If those dont artwork I also comprehend that Ambien is prescribed for pregnant women, its a category B drug.

Well, when i was pregnant i was so sick, could not eat, sleep or hold anything down,
I suggest you learn to meditate, and practice all the things in meditation, create a place to go etc visualize, deep breaths, pray, and keep imagination going,
I Could do nothing for naseau, and i was desperate, and hear that they gace pot marijuana to people who had chemo for nasea, and i told my husband i wanted a joint, he thought i really was beyond crazy, but he got it for me and it helped, me, thru nasea, and sleeping, i am not suggesting you become a pot head.. but it helped me, and i did not abuse this and i had a nine pound perfect boy, and i have no regrets,
good luck

Of course you should check with your own doctor, but my ob/gyn (one of the best in the state for high risk pgs) recommended I take Tylenol PM.
The active ingredient is diphenhydramine or Benadryl.

My mom was given valium in the 5th month of one of her pregnancies, and continued taking it for about 2 months. She was also given Tylenol w/Codeine #3 for a tooth ache during another pregnancy in about the 8th month, and took for about a week. These were given by OB-GYN.

Girl, I seriously don't know. Two weeks ago when I was in the hospital, they gave me percasets, furosets, vicodin and morphin.
I was shocked to know that I could take this.
My friend was like,"Yo baby is high!"

Ask your doctor. Most drugs like that aren't good for the fetus especially in the first trimester.
