Wlw! What a question. There are so many great Stephen King movies to choose from. I would have to say The Shining. That movie really gave me the creeps. And wasn't Jack Nicholson just incredible in that movie?

I think there are 2 very good Stephen King movies "Carrie" and "The Shining".

Creepshow, by far.
King's best work has always been his short story. His longer novels are great until the last 10 pages when he goes "Ah, time to end the book. Splat." But with a short story, he doesn't have time to waste and get just focus on a great story. Notice how more of his short stories ended up being movies than his longer novels?

Best is quite subjective but personally, I think any Stephen King movie that makes me think is always the best....
