There is Kodakgallery.com. I've used it several times and have been very pleased. They are currently offering 15 cent prints (4x6) and the option to pick up at certain retail locations, which helps reduce shipping costs.

I assume you are looking for online photo storage sites but personally I prefer www.picasia.com myself since I don't have to upload my pictures on a public server.
