i have tried the usual oxy, clearasil and so forth but it isn't helping. I am pretty sure they are pimples. they start out like that usually and are red around the actual break out. but some of them, end up scarring up like a bite. what is up and how can i make them go away faster?

Proactive!how bad is really bad acne? If you just have a few pimples to zap then try clearasil or oxyclean. if you have alot or your face is always red and sore you may have true acne. acne is an infection in the skin that causes redness, swelling, and soreness constantly. My wife had acne and proactive completely eliminated it in a few weeks and has not been back for 6years now. Isolated pimples can be treated with drugstore stuff, acne needs a dermotologist or your doctor or proactive.

First off, i would like to say an ounce of Prevention
is worth a pound of Cure.

So, have a look at your diet. Do you eat junk food?
Does the food you eat contain preservatives? Additives?
Artificial Dyes?

Do you eat out often? Does your diet contain alot of
sugar?

How is your nutrition overall? Do you get enough...
Fat? Vitamins?Minerals?Essentail Fatty Acids?

these are things you need to ask yourself.
Eliminate unnatural foods and add some high
quality food. And multivitamins to the mix

this should clear it up...also
do not drink tap water...ever.

Do you often lean your chin on your hand, or do you have clothing that rubs your neck? I had a coat with a fur collar that caused that problem (unlikely that you're wearing a fur collar in July though!)

Well, I'm not trying to offend you dear, but if you don't already, try washing them, or you can use Calamine Lotion to stop the itch so you don't scratch! xD
