I walked from the floor of Yosemite Valley to the top of Half-Dome (it took 14 hours to do the round trip)

Swim 5 Miles in the ocean, Bicycle 15 miles, Run 10 miles. One right after the other with a few hundred other people. Many of which didn't complete it.

Ironman triathlon

2.4 mile open water swim
112 mile hilly bike race (and it got up to 93 degrees)
and then....
a marathon...which is 26.2 miles run

I was tired after that....

But, I believe in the saying that the hardest part of the race is GETTING to the starting line. The hours and hours of training were much harder than the one day of racing.

I've ran 5.2miles in 40 min, it is tiring, really tiring then i had to stop for a few months
