I can see why this is hard for you...if he can get someone else to help him, say no, because why go to the person who they humiliated and was rude to? If you are the only one AND he apoligized, you should think about it. Also, it will make you look like a better person and you may not be able to forgive yourself if you're that kind of person (and I know a lot of people like that).
It might be good to help him because he could become a good friend one day, and whether or not he shows it, he would be thankful for your help.
....Then again, if it's something that will put yourself at risk, really consider not doing it.
I hope this helped--a lot of people like my advice. This was a tricky one, but I figured it out. I think it may have been better if you had said what kind of help he needed, and maybe how he asked for this help. Maybe you should add that to your details.

This is a tough one. You either A: Let him suffer because he has made fun of you and been really rude and revenge can be sweet or you B: Be the mature one and help him out because you do not want to stoop to his level and it'll make you feel good about yourself knowing your not at all like he is. Good Luck:)

I would help. Simply because to make a friend sometimes you have to be one. Unfortunately this boy has made this something you probably desire not to do. On the other hand, he has had to humble himself to ask you to help him. That is really reaching out, knowing in his mind what he has put you through. Also another thing to keep in mind is, question everything. Is this boy asking your help to set you up in some cruel way. It is sad that I have to tell you to ask yourself this but in this boys case, you never know.

Probably help, just to show him you're the better person.
Who knows--maybe with your help, he will change his ways...
