Who else thinks that horro films aren't as scary anymore?

I really want to watch a horro film that can scare the pants off me.

I whole-heartedly agree taht horror movies aren't as scary as they used to be. They aren't as spine tingling anymore. If you really want a movie to scare the pants off of you, then rent One Dark Night. It is an older movie, relieased in the early 80's, and most movie stores won't have it but Netflix does.

serouisly all the old movies or like underr then 2003 were great now they show like a little ghost that says boo ! and they think they can make a great hit! I mean the last scary movie i saw was probably hm..... the grudge it was stupid but it was like 3 on the scary scale.....all the rest are 1 ....yep.....

Poltergeist is the only one that ever scared me, and I was about 7 years old when I saw it

I agree. I have been disappointed lately. It's mostly gore & that is gross - not scary.

I hope one creepy thriller comes around soon.
