The writing style that the Japanese would use for the name Jason is called Katagana, I'm sure you can google it. The symbols do not have any meaning, they only convey sound. Ja would combine the shi and the long A with a " mark. There is also a 'so' mark, and an 'n'. So it would be three letters, the first combining Shi and A with the " mark, then the so, then the n. But you will have to google Katagana to see what they look like.
