While braces aren't always the best thing they are much better now than they have ever been in the past and there are many different kinds. Even if you get the traditional wire braces I would say go for it and get it over with. Sure there is the prom to think about but I assure you College is a time that you will have much more fun and actually be meeting the guys you most likely will chose to spend the rest of your life with or at least date. I say go ahead and get if over with as soon as you can. Realize that High School kids can be quite shallow and mean at times but getting them off right after your freshman year will mean more to you in the future than you can think now.

I vote for doing it now and enjoying your College years as most of the time the fun really begins your Sophomore year anyway.

Yeah, i'm rather certain he will bounce again. You noted what he can do with the Bears if he has respectable OL safe practices and Devin Aromashodu huge open. What changed into that? 4 TDs, and easily one %.? antagonistic to a Vikings' bypass protection? Yeeeup, rather dazzling. So if the Bears can attempt this to Cutler ALL of next year, I see a risky Bears' crew. Prediction: 4,0.5 yards 31 TDs, 16 INTs 10-6 record. @ 123: Hahaha, certain...possibly in Madden. in case you upped Stafford's stats to ninety 9 all, and Kevin Smith.

if your ortho says you need them now...get them now
if you're on your parents insurance get them now
if your parents are paying for your braces AND paying for college get them now

two years is nothing

when you look back on your prom photos 5 years from now you will see how much you have changed and how cute you were with braces

and you will be so happy to have it all over

make sure when you get them off that you wear your retainer like you are supposed to... I had to get braces again... and pay for them myself the second time around...it's not cheap, but it was well worth it!

I would want to get them over with, but i also would not care if I had them on for prom. Look in to invisalign braces...that way you can get them now and take them out for one night for prom ;)

If it were me, I would just get them on now and have it over with sooner. Prom is only one night of your life. However, do what you feel is best! :)
