A girl answered my question on here (who are u looking forward to seeing at warped tour?) And she said that she couldnt go b/c of controling parents. I wrote her back and told her that when I went I would get her a signed t-shirt and bring a video camera to get some of the bands she liked to tell her hey. Well then my parents told me that I would have to choose between going to the warped tour and 300 dollers plus the money for the tickets to go towards a race car. And I wrote her back and had to tell her that I was choosing money towards a race car over the warped tour and I couldnt get her what I said I would.

No I don't think it is wrong. She couldn't go to that warped tour anyway. If she's mad at you for going with the race car money than shame on her because she can't tell you what to spend. Besides, if she wanted you to be happy she would support you.

you made the right chose, by not going to the concert. now you have money 4 your race care. If she really likes u, she'll be back.

dont feel guilty, though you are tryin to be nice, you dont even know this girl, and you shouldnt feel obligated to do this for her. it would be nice, but she isnt going to be hurt from you not doing it, just not as happy. dont feel bad
