By answering questions and NOT ask them. I've asked 3 questions and answered hundreds and I'll be in level 4 soon. It's addicting

did you mean answer 15 questions? because you don't have to ask any questions and you could have a lot of points. points are mainly given for answering...

You don't ever need to ask even one question (asking costs points). Answering, rating, voting, and signing in gets you the points. Good luck!
