What's the 1st thing you do in the morning when you get up and the last thing you do before you go to bed?

the first thing I do is get my 8 month old daughter out of bed and put her into the living room and then get my three year old up.
the last thing I do before going to bed is check on my girls and make sure they are asleep/breathing. ^.^

First thing, take a pain pill and grab hold of my walker.
