If you have MySpace then you know how sometimes you get fun questionaires for Bulletin Posts, does anyone know where I can find some so that I can post some up for my friends?

on your home page, scroll down below the "new messages" blue box. Below there will list the bulletins. If you want to post a bulletin, it's in the "new messages" blue box, bottom right. Have fun!
(By "new messages" blue box, I mean the box where it tells you if you have a friend request, new message, new comment, etc and links to your inbox, friend requests, post bulletin, etc)
