Like the part of my eyes mostly close to my nose and parts of my nose itch? Any suggestions?

sounds like allergies (or 'hayfever') Try taking benadryl (at night since it can cause some serious drowsiness) if you notice that the symtpoms go away, think about seeing your doctor so that he/she can prescribe a daily antihistamine that doesn't cause drowsiness (and will keep your symptoms at bay all day).
most likely you are reacting to something in the air right now, and you may notice the symptoms lessen on their own - which is normal. It all depends on what you're allergic to.

Try Benadryl, sounds like an allergy. Try switching laundry soap, you may be allergic.
