No, Spybot is free to everyone for non-commercial use, as are continuing updates to the program.

The official web site indicates that donations are accepted, but complete access to the application is enjoyed whether money is given or not.

spybot search and destroy is free.I highly recommend this program http://www.superantispyware.com It is VERY effective and it is free.
