Every single one. But the government is no longer upholding the constitution. It is now up to the citizens to restore the rights of the American people.

Do not confuse your government for your country.
Do not confuse your legislation for your morals.
Do not confuse your military for your police.
Trading liberty for safety is self defeating and cowardly.

Terrorists are nothing more than criminals. If I kill one person, I have committed a crime. If I kill a thousand. It is a thousand crimes. Still I am a criminal.

By the patriot act's standards, anyone who commits a crime that jeopardizes human life is a terrorist. This definition fits jay walking, armed robbery, fist fighting and just about any crime you can think of.

The patriot act is unconstitutional along with most of the serious laws passed in the last 10 years. It is our solemn duty as Americans to defend the constitution and our country.

Your Government is not your country.
We do not represent our Government, it represents us.
The government serves US. Not the other way around. Giving the government more power than the citizens have creates a police state. It will slowly start to look more and more Like Nazi Germany.

Come on people, before America was founded, people were willing to kill and die in wars for our freedoms, yet now that "Terrorists" have come in and started killing people you are willing to throw them to the wind?

What ever happened to America: the land of the free and the brave?

The government cannot protect you from terrorists. Period. If they could 911 would not of happened. They had terrorist attacks like this before.

In fact A document was released into public record that shows the government actually had plans to blow up American airliners with American citizens on them in order to help push people to their purpose.

The first 8 Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, that is, the first 8 ratified articles of the Bill of Rights are exclusionary amendments. This means that each of these exclude the federal government from doing things detrimental to these rights. At the time of the writing of the Constitution, these rights were assumed to exist prior to the Constitution with historical foundation in Common Law.

None of them are guaranteed because the Constitution was written to create a general government and it is primarily a contract with the States and through them to the people, which defines what that general government can, and cannot, do.

You have the right not to be killed (unless it is done by the government)

You have the right to food money

You have the right to free speech (unless you are dumb enough to actually try it)
