Anyways, if you go to where your picture is and then click edit pictures there will be a link to yahoo avatars. The address is http://avatars.yahoo.com you be able to access it if you are already signed in to your e-mail, if not just sign in! Then you can start customizing your Avatar!

It's called an avatar. Click on your username and it will show your info-you have the option of 'adding details' aka 'edit personal information'...scroll down to picture and select 'use my yahoo avatar'...if you don't have one...just click the link directly below that says 'edit your avatar' or in your case it might say something to the effect of 'build your avatar'

Here's the link for designing an avatar. Once you've made one, go into your Yahoo Answers account (click on your name), chose edit my info, and select your avatar.

Go to your profile-click on your name. Then go down and click 'edit profile'. Then you will see three choices. Click on yahoo avatar and have a ball making one!!

they are called avatars. on your home mail page you should see a shadow figure like you do now. just click on it and you'll be able to change yours. good luck.
