We had a boat and a few other items on that property and had no idea it was up for auction all we had was a verbal agrement with the owner (wich there property is next to ours) that we could use there big shed to store our boat and riding law mower there.

Yes, anything purchased at public auction is sold AS-IS and you bought it that way. They had already entered the property and/or examined it, so they knew what was there before they put it up for auction. It's your headache now, dearie! :)

Yes, the new owners have a right to dispose of the personal property of others once they have legal control of the property. Howevr, check with your local laws, they might have needed to give legal notice or make a reasonable attempt to locate the owners of the personal property prior to disposing of it.

I see it happen all the timeduring the foreclosure process. The last one I watched go down had a garage full of furniture! It ended up getting hauled away.

Yes if they are in the house at time you bought it yes, they came with the house...
