I'm planning on khaki-striped Express pants, a black t-shirt, and either a white or other neutral-colored Oxford shirt over the t-shirt. I don't know if it's better to go with brown/tan oxford shoes for the khaki/neutral or with black shoes to match with the t-shirt. Any suggestions?

If you want your legs to look longer, go with the shoes that match the pants.

I say black as well. If in doubt, go for the black!
